PLAYing with the summer energies of expansion and celebration, we’ll connect into our own rhythm, flow freely and embody our divine selves ….and then we’ll settle it all down to the floor, softening into stillness, integrating the energy pulsing through our bodies, with a deep and delicious SOUND offering to nourish your whole BEing.
