Amrita has been encouraging embodiment through movement and dance for almost a decade. Her sets begin slow as a way to arrive and warm up the body, then build to an exciting crescendo before slowing back down. They are an eclectic journey through many decades and genres.
She currently hosts weekly dance nights in Sudbury at Earth Dancers studio for adults looking to explore and express themselves in playful ways with a community called Re’Source.
